- DescriptionGeneral Description: Small gold electroplated metal bowl with 'buckle' at one side to hang displayed on a wall. The bowl has been moulded and stamped with a Medieval-style design. Stylised garland motifs run around the rim of the bowl. Inside in the centre, a gryffin sits inside a wreath. The underside has a stamped 'coin' affixed with the maker's mark. Reproduction of a 4th century bowl found at Nagy-Szent-Miklos, Hungary in 1799 and now in the Imperial Cabinet of Antiquities, Vienna. (, )
