- DescriptionGeneral Description: An early 19th Century two handled cup with embossed and engraved decoration. Rope twist handles and edging on foot. Ascanthus edged rim. Decorated with raised oak garlands and two cartouches: one with neptune riding a shell pulled by sea horses with shipyard in background above a smaller cartouche engraved with a flaming tower crest. The cartouche on the opposite side depicts sailboats racing above the inscription. (, )
