Engraved on one side with 'Port of Plymouth Swimming Association Bazley Memorial Cup'. On separate black wooden plinth (B) with silver plaques engraved with winners's names. plaques are in shape of shields around top of base, circules around centre and rectangular plaques around feet. Earliest plaque is '1909 won by W Davis' and the latest being '2004 G Williams.' (, )
