Researcher Description: Man's belt from Purari, called 'ore'. Design of faces represents 'imuni' ancestral spirits. Can be everyday wear for men of high standing. Also for fighting as it provides protection from arrows. Lime and ochre paint. (Joshua Bell, UEA, 2007)
